**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with soldering, crimping, and assembly, and will be responsible for ensuring the quality of heaters, circuits, and wire wound panels. This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and advance within the company. **Responsibilities** + Differentiate between good and bad heaters, circuits, and wire wound panels. + Inspect own work to ensure it meets product requirements and descriptions. + Clean raw materials and finished parts using cleaning solutions such as Isopropyl Alcohol and/or water, air hoses, and cloths. + Prepare PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) application and the bladder press for PSA. + Tape heaters on boards for potting/conformal coating. **Essential Skills** + Soldering and crimping experience + Self-starter + Data entry skills + Mechanically inclined + Ability to work with work orders + Assembly and troubleshooting skills + Proficient with measuring tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic math knowledge + Ability to speak and read English + Punctuality and reliability **Why Work Here?** The company is growing, offering a great environment to polish your knowledge or learn new skills.
