Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for operating production equipment to fabricate Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
• They are responsible for all aspects of their production area requirements including set up, running and maintaining manufacturing equipment, monitoring output for conformance, performing quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairs.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, Vocational Training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing work experience preferred.
• Must have hands-on / mechanical aptitude / trade (e.g. farming, construction, auto repair, machining, woodworking, etc.)
• Able to work 8 hour shifts plus overtime when needed.
• Able to bend, lean, sit and/or stand for entire shift.
• High level of manual dexterity.
• Ability to operate factory machines and use software to run computer-operated machinery.
