This team member is responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including evaluating, troubleshooting, performing rework, and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Essential Functions: + Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment + Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process + Understand all operations WI’s (assembly, test, & rework) + Review all suspected failures per QC WI-8608 + Perform training and provide clarifications to P/F criteria + Review Unit related issues evaluated per WI criteria & specifications + Review station issues and escalate to TPM tech + Escalate potential part non conformances to Quality & SQE + Disposition/Data Correct systems that don’t need to enter the Quality Clinic (IE.
