Key Responsibilities:

PLC Programming & Troubleshooting:

Set up, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based systems to keep operations running smoothly.

Partner with engineering teams to adjust and improve existing programs.

Precision Pipe Cutting:

Operate bandsaws to cut pipes with exact specifications, ensuring top quality and safety.

Perform routine inspections and maintenance to keep equipment in prime condition.

Efficient Delivery & Inventory Management:

Transport finished products and materials around the facility safely and efficiently.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate any material shortages to supervisors.

Meticulous Record-Keeping:

Document production activities, including machine settings and quantities, for compliance.

Maintain detailed logs to uphold the company’s high-quality standards.

Collaborative Communication:

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Actively participate in meetings and bring fresh ideas to improve processes.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Experience & Knowledge: Background in manufacturing or a similar role, with skills in PLC programming and machinery operation.

Attention to Detail: Ability to follow specifications and catch any variations that may impact quality.

Mechanical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with technical drawings.

Commitment to Safety: Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and best practices.

Team Spirit & Independence: Effective in both independent and team-based tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in a manufacturing technician role, specifically with PLC systems.

Proficiency with technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move materials up to [insert weight].

Comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and equipment.

Pay Details: $25.72 per hour
