We are seeking a dynamic individual who is eager to contribute their expertise and drive their mission forward.** **Pay:** $18- $21/hr **Location:** New Albany, OH **Shift:** 3 rd shift **Responsibilities:** + Adhering to GMPs and CFRs for regulatory compliance. + Promptly reporting any issues to supervisors to uphold quality and safety standards. + Emphasizing Right First-Time approach for quality assurance and compliance. + Receiving, preparing, and feeding components for manufacturing while maintaining sanitation. + Completing paperwork, monitoring equipment performance, and engaging in daily performance discussions. + Operating pallet jacks, wrapping pallets manually, and managing material inventory via computer systems. + Collaborating with various teams to identify and implement improvement initiatives. + Ensuring continuous availability of components and products for uninterrupted operations. **Requirements:** + Associate degree OR High school diploma / GED + 1 year of Manufacturing or Operations experience **_This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
