Duties and Responsibilities\n\nAssist Engineering with prototype product (and\/or production equipment or process) development, and\/or assembly & testing.\nAssist Engineering by processing Task Requests (ETR's) as needed for Product Development work.\nResponsible for machine refurbishment & testing in support of manufacturing.\nAbility to safely work with chemicals using prescribed PPE\nDevelop and maintain records and data of engineering studies, test, and drawings, including performing, computation, plot data and preparing graphs.\nNote deviations in performance not anticipated or indicated in the test procedures.\nAssist with writing procedures & work instructions for machines and\/or processes.\nAssist with the development of process control plan, PFMEA, flow charts, etc.\nAssist with training production employees on new machines and\/or processes as needed.\nComply with quality systems procedures & documentation as required.\nPerforming product, manufacturing or applications and engineering support activities as directed.\nConducts tests involving electrical or electro-mechanical parts on assigned projects for prototypes, competitor products.\nAnd other duties as assigned.\n
