The Manufacturing Training Coordinator will develop and facilitate the manufacturing training program at FT. Worth – Vickery location. This position is accountable for training strategy and implementation planning for manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training projects, improvement initiatives, new employee orientation, and training on stand-alone manufacturing systems.
What will you be doing?
Create and maintain program documentation (lesson plans, instructor guides, visuals, etc.) to support the overall structured manufacturing training program.Facilitate new hire Production Associates through all phases of the structured manufacturing training program, including extended onboardingDocument attendance and evaluate assessments and/or feedback for all training activitiesQualify production line personnel as on-the-job trainersProvide on-shift training support for production associates and production line leadership, as requiredSolicit, document, and disposition feedback from respective production line leadershipDeliver other required training, as assignedReview and update department program documentation and production work instructions, as assignedSupports during internal and external auditsDetermine appropriate training method for work instruction updatesWhat will you need to be successful?
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience:
3+ years of production operations experience with 1-2 years in a training role (preferred)Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point)Travel Requirements: 0-5%
