This position is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of technical training for the Manufacturing organization. Also, the Manufacturing Training Specialist II will prepare training, design documents, and manage instructional design projects.

Job Description
Essential Functions:
50% Training Design and Delivery
Maintain, deliver, facilitate, and continuously improve training including instructor-led sessions, qualifications, and on-line self-paced courses.Design & develop training content and materials for technical training for the Manufacturing organization at FDBT based on unit operations.Collaborate with SMEs for developing new courses and revising existing ones.Conduct theory lectures, and others as needed.Training administration (creating and submitting forms, etc.)Assist with specific advanced training, and other trainings as needed.Create electronic trainings using various technologies, including PowerPoint training, CBTs, Articulate 360, and videos.Give specific advanced training, and other trainings as needed.Schedule training sessions for manufacturing teams.30% GMP Compliance
Use various electronic tools to provide on demand, weekly, and monthly reportsAssist various groups with CAPAs, DRs, etc., as needed.Perform curriculum reviews in Compliance WireInitiate training specific CAPAs, DRs, etc.Conduct internal training audits to ensure manufacturing trainers are performing adequately.20% Training Assessment
Conduct Training Assessments to identify the level of training needed.Perform quality review of training materials, as needed.Perform curriculum development.Required Skills & Abilities:
Ability to develop strategic relationships, strong verbal, and written communication skills.Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.Must possess good to excellent writing and PC skills with a knowledge base in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Project.Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.Flexibility and strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.Proven success in leading complex projects and bringing them to conclusion.Excellent knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to the biotechnology industry.Self-discipline and excellent attention to detail.Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED and six (6) years of relevant experience in either a technical role in a scientific field or industrial setting.Associate’s degree and four (4) years of relevant experience in either a technical role in a scientific field or industrial setting.Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of relevant experience in either a technical role in a scientific field or industrial setting.Two (2) years of prior GMP manufacturing experience.Minimum of one (1) year of previous training experience.Working knowledge of laboratory and/or manufacturing instruments/equipment.Preferred Qualifications:
