Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects related to the manufacturing unit, including the full scope of Production, Procurement, Logistics, Operational Quality, Operational Planning and Industrialization.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the MV Switchgear Unit in Brno, Vídeňská. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tLeading the manufacturing process through line managers and together with approx. 600 employees •\tEnsuring that all switchgears are manufactured in a safe way, on time and in the right quality•\tEnsuring 5S system, highest quality, and health & safety standards (6S)•\tFocusing on internal processes, lean production, continuous people improvement, and increase of productivity•\tTeam work based on coaching, goal engagement and leadership development in the pursuit of reaching strategic goals•\tCollaborate with other stakeholders locally and globally to ensure the team’s goals are aligned •\tCo-operation on strategic planning with other departments•\tParticipation in company projects, responsibility for rationalization, cost optimization programs, OPEX projects•\tResponsibility for the most effective production costs, layout, and technology according to the strategic development plan•\tExecution of orders according to customer needs and master plan•\tOperative planning, preparation & production•\tEnsurement of technical solutions of orders•\tEnsurement of requested delivery time•\tResponsibility for changes in the production and capacity planning adjustments•\tResponsibility for the quality of solutions and products•\tResponsibility for the education and motivation of people
Qualifications for the role\tHigh school or University degree\t7+ Years experience in Management Position\t7+ Years experience in Operation areas (Quality, Engineering, Production, Planning and Fullfillment)\tDemonstrated ability to lead and build organizational capabilities, robust systems and processes, and culture of high performance/excellence in operation and management \tEntrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills, and senior executive presence. \tSelf-driven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills\tExcellent leadership and people development skills, relevant and successful change management experience\tAdvanced English
