Manufacturing/ Warehouse Supervisor

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: 

Manage individual performance of team members including reviewing and evaluating performance through performance reviews, setting objectives & expectations and developing team members to their fullest potential Coordinate daily production activities to meet DSR requirements Track daily MRP & WIP activities Communicate with other members of the Customer Focused Team, other Manufacturing Coaches and other Team Leaders to ensure efficiency and high level of productivity on our production lines Ensure quality of workmanship to meet IPC standard requirements Lead and motivate team members while attaining the company’s objectives of safety, quality, and throughput Review and identify areas to improve throughout Ensure timely tracking of RMA product Conduct regular team meetings to communicate issues, review performance and track actions required to meet improvements Assess team member skill levels and ensure appropriate training is provided 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Possess strong leadership, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills 

Minimum 3 years electronic assembly experience or equivalent in manufacturing of other products 

Advanced knowledge of electronic components 

Basic soldering and quality inspection skills with reference to IPC standards 

Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality standards 

Knowledge of electronics manufacturing best practices such as 5S, Kaizen, etc an asset 

Previous supervisory experience a definite asset 

Ability to learn multiple tasks and work in a fast paced, high volume environment 

Good computer skills: experience in using an ERP or MRP is a definite advantage; familiar with MS Office suite is required 

Solid oral and written communication skills 

Highschool Diploma is required

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $56,000-$70,000 per per year. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance based bonuses and benefits.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, location, and shift.  The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and hours worked.
