This program provides you with diverse work experience to work alongside some of the top people in our company. Apart from work, we encourage prospective fellows to undergo continuous professional development. Our Actuarial Development Committee continually reviews and addresses the career development needs of our interns. Job Description • Participate in different actuarial projects in the areas of product development, financial reporting or risk management.

Experience:
Collaborate with various departments to support product pricing, conduct experience studies, analyze business strategies, and prepare special quotations for life and health businessesHands-on traditional actuarial valuation experiences under the ever-evolving financial reporting requirementsSupport actuarial oversight functions in the regional office, providing high-quality analyses on business performance to senior managementAssist the actuarial team of HK’s retirement business in pricing new and existing pension businesses, providing high quality financial reports to management teams•Support risk management functions, deploying risk controls and highlighting key risks to senior managementQualifications:
Undergraduate majoring in actuarial science, mathematics, statistic or risk managementA self-starter, adaptive and eager to learnGood academic resultsGood communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsKnowledge in statistical software or programming language is an advantageFluent in written and spoken English
Program Period:
Full time internship employment at Hong Kong office
2025: 1st Half Program: January – July 2025 / 2nd Half Program: July 2025– January 2026
2026:1st Half Program: January – July 2026 / 2nd Half Program: July 2026– January 2027
