About Houston
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team
We are looking for marketing professionals to help develop and implement the Low Carbon Solutions brand strategy as well as support marcom across our business unit (CCS, hydrogen, lithium). We are still building the foundation of our brand and marketing portfolio, so it will be important to learn from our successes and challenges as we continue to grow. This role supports the Brand Manager in the implementation of programs that drive growth in market share, and brand awareness for the business unit. It coordinates the implementation of targeted Brand strategies and programs and facilitates the marcom plans, execution and responsible for results.
This is an office-based position located at our campus in Spring, TX.
What you will do
List the set of primary job duties, tasks, and functions specific to the position:
Understand the Company, the business unit and its marketing strategy, products, portfolio of brands
Support operationalization of the Low Carbon Solutions brand strategy and portfolio approach including new product lines, naming, guidelines, etc.
Provide an educational and advisory role around effective branding, integrated digital marketing and marketing communications to the internal audience
Collect & analyze information/intelligence from market research, competitive intelligence, Planning, Sales to support development of brand strategies
Create and implement integrated communications plans, content and marketing activities across Low Carbon Solutions and the various business lines across a variety of channels (e.g., digital, social, paid advertising, CRM, sales enablement.)
Support the deployment of brand positioning messages to effectively communicate the strategic differentiators in marketing communications
Lead the development of content and/or channel specific marcom plans
Provide clear input and direction on business priorities, value prop and mandatories to third parties, agencies and other internal stakeholders
Own the campaign performance, identifying KPIs and optimizing programs
Drive the efficient investment of marcoms budget
Optimize marcom effectiveness by leveraging ROI metrics and other mar com effectiveness of spend
About you
Skills and Qualifications
List the set of required qualifications that applicants must have to complete the job duties and responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
Minimum of ten years of working experience executing in owned, earned, and paid marcom channels, particularly digital.
Minimum of at least five years of working experience in B2B marketing.
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
List the set of non-core qualifications that enable job proficiency for job incumbents
Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or similar
Global marketing experience, or other large-scale national marketing experience
Experience using or managing campaigns with Pardot
