This role involves crafting and executing marketing communication campaigns that highlight the brand's commitment to cutting-edge solutions, environmentally responsible practices, and comprehensive wellbeing solutions. By collaborating with cross-functional, global/regional/local teams and leveraging market insights; the Regional Assistant Marketing Communications Manager aims to strengthen the brand's regional presence in the industry, reinforcing the brand's dedication to bringing progress to life, fostering customer loyalty, and ultimately supporting sales growth in the competitive beauty landscape. As an Assistant Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and driving engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: **Key Accountabilities** **Regional Events Project Lead:** Take ownership of planning and executing key regional events, like in-cosmetics Asia. This includes developing event planning, overseeing logistics, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives to deliver an exceptional customer experience. **B&C Customer Visits Communications Partner:** Act as the primary communications liaison for customer visits to our Beauty & Care Singapore lab facilities. Support the Technical team by showcasing our scientific expertise, highlighting our innovations and competitive edge, and creating a solid ‘House of Science beyond Wellbeing’ brand experience for our customers. **Content Creation:** Create and oversee the development of compelling and engaging content, including press releases, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and marketing collateral. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style. **Communications Landscape and Analysis:** Conduct market research within APAC to identify relevant communication trends in the beauty industry to inform our communications strategy. Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies for improved ROI. **Public Relations and Trade Media:** Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders in APAC. Coordinate and manage assigned events, product launches, and media briefings to maximize brand / innovation launch exposure. **Education and Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. + A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in building communication campaigns at regional level, ideally in the beauty or perfumery industry within either B2C or B2B industry. + Several years of experience in digital marketing, beauty or perfumery industry, ideally. + Project Management experience. + Demonstrated skills in collaborating with multi-cultural, cross-functional teams. + Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, and being comfortable working in a hands-on, dynamic, fast-moving environment. **Critical Competencies** + A dedicated team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for communications, branding and digital. + A creative thinker with strong analytical skills. + Naturally innovative, creative, and resourceful in developing and executing communication plans. + Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and effectively solve problems. + Understanding of B2B digital marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies + Proficient in editorial tasks with experience in content creation and storytelling.
