Marcom Manager

We're seeking a strategic mind who can strengthen our current market leadership while helping us to define our path to future growth. Your role will be crucial in ensuring Siemens' continued success in Taiwan by building upon our established foundations while identifying and developing next-generation business opportunities.

What you will do:

Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies for our B2B marketplace and platform initiatives. Developing and driving marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels (e.g. press, social media, email, content) not only drive brand awareness but also generate high-quality leads. Shaping the local brand narrative and thought leadership positioning in the context of digital transformation, technology, and innovation. Acting as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on marketing best practices, digital trends, and communication strategies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and business development to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and positioning. Planning and organizing key business events to create win-win and strengthen brand positioning such as internal workshops and external customer events and exhibitions. Developing business presentations to communicate key insights and drive alignment for management-level meetings and strategic workshops.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field preferred. Minimum 5 years of agency or in-house PR and/or MarCom experiences with IT or software companies. With sufficient familiarity with multiple marcom tools – press, social media, events, digital marketing, etc. Good at strategic/creative marcom and able to plan/implement to deliver results in a timely/quality mannerExcellent command in spoken/written English/Mandarin and able to create quality content Adaptability, Problem Solving, Interpersonal Comm. skills, and Multiple-tasked
