Bruker Singapore is seeking for a Marcom Specialist, APAC to be based in Singapore. You will support organization’s business objectives by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans. Create and implement comprehensive marcom programs to promote the company and its products to the targeted market segments and customers.
Responsibilities
Specific Duties
Work with Business Units, Corporate Marcom and field team to develop and execute comprehensive marcom plans for APAC region (Excluding China). Generate leads and new opportunities (quantity and quality) to support annual sales booking targets.Closely monitor and regularly review the marketing plans and make dynamic adjustments to the plan if needed.Develop, plan and manage the regional marcom budgets.Optimize on-line search engine for the region. Oversee digital marketing including content and management of multiple online channels such as search marketing, online exhibitions, webinars and social marketing.Develop and actualize marcom plans, organize marcom activities (Conferences, shows, workshops) to champion leads generation and opportunities creation most effectively.Plan and organize news releases, client newsletters distribution and localizing marketing materials to local needs.Work with channel partners (where applicable) to maximize reach local in market.Organized marketing collaterals, supply and materials and leverage on tools and applications for effective marcom activities, such as SalesLogix, Act-On. Undertakes any other duties as may be assigned by the Manager.Regional travel required (10-20%) QualificationsEducation, Experience & Skills Required
Bachelor degree in Business/Science/Engineering.5~8 years of experience in marketing communications or similar role.A team member with basic knowledge to communicate with customers and answer simple technical questionsStrong interpersonal and persuasive skills.A team player, self-driven, result-oriented and organized.
