As we continue to develop Marine & Offshore activities, we are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to join our organisation as Marine Assistant. Position is located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

 

 

Functional Competencies:

 

Planner

 

Capturing client request and first level analysis; Requesting additional information from client; Replying directly to client for basic process related / technical queries; Proposing a first assessment of the time required for a survey; Coordination with other Survey Centers (CS) and Connecting Districts (CD); Confirmation of the job to clients; Coordinate with other Admin teams (e.g., weekly T&E check, invoicing) to ensure efficiency of the end-to-end process; Prepare team timekeeping to be sent to HR; Filling of MyChronos Planning and follow up of MyChronos T&E. Monitor of connected fleet in terms of due dates, window dates and act, accordingly, communicating with Operations and Quality Manager. Contact client to inform the need for upcoming survey to maintain Class.

 

Assistant

 

Follow up of Surveyors agenda in daily basis; Training log monitoring (BST, Confined Spaces, HUET); Monitoring of Health annual exam; Provide and control port facility entry for Surveyors; Control of department Stamps; Register and control of validity of PPE, including Multigas Meter and Safety Harness; Travel planning and logistic arrangement with Client / Agent; Travel risk assessment preparation; Organization of files; Conference of documents; International telephone service;  Reception of clients; Planning and organization of events; Monitoring and preparation of meetings; General Assistance to the Department, including other areas, as needed;

 

Requirements

 

Computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, internet, etc) and software used by BV. Written and Spoken Fluency in Portuguese and English (French and Spanish are a plus); Assertive and efficient communication; Assist in the development of the organization;
