Join a leading dry cargo shipping company and take on a pivotal role overseeing a fleet of large vessels (Capesize and above). You’ll play a key part in ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence, while working closely with shipboard teams and industry stakeholders.

Do You Have What It Takes? 5+ years of senior management experience in ISM, HSEQ, and Marine Operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams. Knowledge of dry cargo shipping, particularly Capesize vessels or Port Hedland operations. In-depth understanding of ISM Code, ISPS Code, MARPOL, and MLC regulations. Fluent English skills; German is a plus but not essential. Must have the right to work in the EU  Your Role: Lead and maintain the company’s ISM/HSEQ system, ensuring compliance with international regulations. Oversee audits, incident investigations, and safety performance monitoring. Work closely with Masters and Chief Engineers to optimize vessel performance. Manage crew compliance, training, and vetting processes. Represent the company at industry forums and liaise with key stakeholders.
