Job DescriptionTo complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans. Such as pool pumps lifting station / pumps clean and maintenanceEnsuring that all work orders issued completed in correctly and report to the immediate supervisor at the end of each day with completed document.To keep all logs and record sheets for operating plant and equipment in their charge in an up to date and accurate manner and to submit these on a daily basis to the Engineering Office for checking.To ensure that any materials the supervisors require for maintenance or repair are requested in sufficient time for material purchases to be processed in a normal manner.To undertake any new installation/overhauling works as may be directed by engineering or Resort management.Liable of identifying the errors which arises in all engines, and taken suitable measurements to fit in with the damages, and act accordingly.Evaluate operation of marine equipment during acceptance testingPrior approval on all engine parts request, and other valuable assets need to be discussed before placing ordersTo minimize disruption and need to resolve all schedule delays, by prioritizing and taking necessary decisions in/at difficult situations to fit in the operation.To do troubleshooting and completely rebuild diesel and Gasoline Engines both four stroke and two stroke to Company specificationsTo be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all hotel automobiles transportation , Generators and Cement mixers Etc. and to perform basic services, including oil changes, tire repairs, checking fluid levels of equipment for which they are given charge including compliance with all maintenance scheduling set or approved by Engineering Management and noting required unreported repairs and ensuring that work orders are generated for these repairs from the Engineering Office. Qualifications2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a five-star luxury Hotel / Resort. Must have the appropriate documented training from a technical/vocational institute.Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.Able to communicate in English.Team PlayerAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and public holiday
