Job Title: Marine Sales Account Manager
Location: Seoul, Korea
Reports to: Marine Sales Team Manager
Job Purpose
You will be responsible for assigned accounts and prospects to drive new logos and ensure maximum growth of AVEVA’s Total portfolio to AVEVA’s addressable markets and support pipeline development and Subscription growth in Korea.
A key focus is to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by helping them
Dimensions
This role requires the ability to discover and close new opportunities and upselling existing AVEVA customers.
It is an expectation that travel to clients, partners, prospects regularly with the Sales team.
Principal Accountabilities
To meet and exceed targets for assigned accounts
Develop Pipelines > 3 times the assigned target
Work with Local Marketing and LDR to develop and execute Sales Campaigns and Lead Generation activities.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
You will have > 10 years of total S/W sales experience demonstrating overachievement
You will preferably be degree qualified or have a professional qualification
You will have sound commercial and analytical skills to help identify market trends and opportunities for your nominated territory, refining business and account plans to exploit such opportunities
You will be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of individuals in your team and build techniques to coach their improved performance
You will have a positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities and then marshalling your team to pursue and close the business
You will have strong communication skills in all forms – written, oral, email, presentation, and have strong English language skills
