Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Marine Welders for projects located in San Diego, CA. This is an opportunity with multiple shifts available and the pay rate is up to $29/hour based on experience plus $150/day per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job-site. Job Scope:
Weld shell plating, fabricated cast or forged components for vessels, tanks or other structural assemblies Working with carbon electrodes to cut, shape and groove metal May prepare work place for welding by cleaning and or preheating Examine weld sizes of weld beads Remove scraps and ensure work area is clean and safe Requirements Must have OSHA 10, Maritime and Fire-Watch Certifications Must be US Citizen Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check Must be able to pass a vision test Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces and any assigned shift Must comprehend written and verbal instructions in English Must have knowledge of welding characteristics of metal Company DetailsTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
