Key Responsibilities Gain reimbursement of new product or new indication with fair balance of reimbursement price and reimbursement guideline Prepare pricing scenario and provide recommendation of pricing scenario for submission to NHIA Communicate internally to gain support on preparing reimbursement submission dossier effectively and communicate well internally to ensure internal stakeholder understand the process & pricing scenario clearly. Manage internal expectation and anticipate the output of pricing decision timely. Engage with payers and key decision makers to deliver value prepositions timely Understand the payer funding process & P&R process & provide insight to internal stakeholders. Provide P&R pricing & market issue & work together with government affairs to generate potential recommendations Requirment: At least 2-year experience in role working in the pricing and reimbursement area either in a pharmaceutical company or in a pricing and reimbursement consulting firm Have a comprehensive understanding of the pricing/reimbursement environment, HTA and the government review process Health care industry experience and in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical business including R&D, clinical and marketing Strong ability to assess the economical and healthcare political environment and a keen sense to anticipate new trends and market opportunities Experience in interacting with key customers-stakeholders related to reimbursement approvals. Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscape both internally and externally Knowledge and experience in doing literature review for a specific research question and ability to consolidate and present the results.
