Market Access & Circular Economy Manager (f/m/d)

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are responsible developing market access strategies for refurbished and pre-owned medical devices and Options and Upgrades to support global product management, business management and sales.You act as a collaborative interface to teams and initiatives of corporate and business line and area functionsin regulatory affairs and technical regulations and standardsaround sustainability, EcoDesign and circular economyYou analyze, plan, and implement global projects to support strategic business objectives e.g., around sustainability and circular economy regarding the installed base.

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a degree in engineering or a degree in political science, communication, or economics with a focus on sustainability management.You have many years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the field of government affairs, regulatory affairs, norms & standards.You are familiar with the European and global medical technology industry and the healthcare sector.You are familiar with regulatory and normative requirements for e.g. national medical device approvals and import and EU sustainability requirements (CE Green Deal / ECO Design Regulation, MEPA etc.).You are familiar with the process, laws, and regulations for the refurbishment of used medical devices, ideally for diagnostic imaging.


Your attributes and skills:

You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working on strategic issues.You are a strong team player with excellent organisational skills and confidence in matrix organisations.You are characterized by an inspiring passion for circular economy.You are fluent in spoken and written German and English.You have experience in international cooperation and collaboration with a high sense of intercultural sensitivity.You are experienced in non-hierarchical communication, strategic planning, and conceptualising communication.
