Market Access/ Health Policy Manager in Poland Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement market access strategy for products of responsibility to obtain and maintain optimal access and pricing outcomes in alignment with company strategy Take responsibility for reimbursement submission and driving the reimbursement process with authorities Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders Strong cross- functional collaboration with medical, commercial and finance functions during building and implementing market access strategies Gather customers insights and business intelligence Analyze the market, prices and access Develop product differentiation Monitor external environment which have the potential to impact market access for GSK products Collaborate with other members of Market Access team, both locally and within regional and global structure Why you? Necessary Qualifications and Skills: Very good understanding of Polish healthcare and reimbursement system Knowledge of reimbursement & health care law and principles of conducting HTA reports University degree (preferably in pharmacoeconomic, pharmacology, public health) Previous experience on similar position highly appreciated High level of personal drive and energy Good presentation skills Fluent in Polish and English Knowledge of MS Office environment, especially Excel and PowerPoint Analytical skills Openness and communication skills Ability to build long-term relationships and business contacts Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply: Knowledge and understanding of NHF settlements systems Why GSK?
