Key Responsibilities:
As our Market Access Manager, you will:
Drive the Market Access Agenda: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively advance our market access initiatives.Develop Integrated Strategies: Support the creation and implementation of market access strategies that align with our commercial goals.Lead Reimbursement and Contracting Efforts: Develop pricing and reimbursement strategies while securing necessary internal approvals.Identify Opportunities and Risks: Early identification of market access-related opportunities and threats to optimize the introduction of new medicines, working closely with cross-functional teams.Conduct Market Surveillance: Stay informed on both formal and informal trends in the healthcare landscape to identify opportunities and risks related to market access.Support Local Data Generation: Collaborate on local data generation studies that align with value demonstration requirements.Education, Background & Experience:
Degree: Bachelor’s or master’s in business administration, Health Economics, or equivalent from an accredited university is preferred.Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience working in market access or similar roles.Proven Success: Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing successful access strategies.Strong Relationships: Proven ability to build influential relationships with key stakeholders.Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of key market access issues and the external policy environment.Language Skills: Proficient in business English and Lithuanian.Analytical Skills: Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to drive results.Data Translation: Ability to digest scientific data and translate findings into compelling value messages.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative spirit.Why Join Us?
