You will also create and implement contracting strategies to drive formulary access and generate pull-through opportunities. Key responsibilities include: Lead and execute GSK's National Health Basket submission plan, ensuring alignment with local business priorities, coordinating pricing approvals, and managing post-submission requirements. Align market access initiatives for key therapeutic areas and products, monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and refine strategies to secure national access. Lead access-related discussions with national health stakeholders, collaborate with various functions, and align strategies with market access and commercial objectives. Develop access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies, overseeing the creation and submission of reimbursement dossiers and materials to relevant authorities. Simplify technical data into compelling messages, create value propositions highlighting clinical and economic benefits, and promote a market access mindset within the organization. Partner with cross-functional brand teams, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and payers, and monitor trends and regulatory changes impacting market access. You will also be responsible for: Managing contracting strategy duties in line with GSK’s expectations. Creating customer value, demand, and advocacy for GSK brands. Building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers to implement business unit strategies. Leveraging internal GSK stakeholders to educate and build relationships. Identifying and recommending solutions for product-related issues in accounts. Identifying brand and above-brand opportunities for clients. Completing all required training, testing, and product certifications within designated timeframes. Adhering to GSK policies, practices, risk-based standards, and values in support of customers, patients, colleagues, and personal expectations. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with the following necessary skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree 4+ years of experience in Market Access or account-based and business-to-business sales Understanding of the account planning process Understanding of laws and regulations covering providers and payers Preferred Qualifications: The following characteristics would be advantageous: MBA and/or advanced Clinical/Science Degree or equivalent (consult manager on equivalent) Excellent negotiation and/or Major Account Sales skills Payer contracting experience Payer marketing and/or contract management experience Knowledge of the managed care industry and healthcare trends Please, submit your CV in English Job Posting End Date: 06/02/2025 Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert.
