You are an enthusiastic Access professional who ensures access for innovations in Finland. You will work across Disease Area Teams to ensure the success of our tenders and take a broad approach to managing our portfolio of established products. Roche engages with different partners in a transparent and collaborative way, advocating changes that make the Finnish healthcare system more sustainable for Finnish patients.
The Opportunity
You manage Roche Oy’s tender process, ensuring compliance with Roche standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You conduct and oversee hospital tender business intelligence analysis, fostering strong communication with hospital pharmacies.
You contribute to access-related topics within cross-functional disease area teams.
You drive the management of established products, including lifecycle strategies, pricing, market insights, and business analysis.
You maintain and monitor reimbursement processes for established products while securing company interests in the reference pricing system.
You ensure accurate maintenance of local pricing data within the global pricing system.
You actively participate in developing and implementing market access processes, including competitive intelligence, SOP updates, and electronic archiving.
Who You Are
You hold relevant academic degrees in any of the following: Pharmacy, Health Economics, Economics and have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or pharmacy. Also you are knowledgeable about hospital medicine tenders and their requirements.
You bring 3+ years of experience in market access or health economics, with a solid understanding of the Finnish healthcare system across outpatient and hospital sectors.
Your project management and communication skills are outstanding, and you are proficient in both Finnish and English.
Advanced Excel skills are your strength, and you use them to support data analysis and reporting effectively.
You thrive in an agile environment, embracing innovation and collaboration with a positive, can-do approach.
