Job Mission
The Market Access Partner - Near Patient Care Diabetes for Francophone West and Central Africa Network and North West and Africa Network (FWCAN & NWAN) will develop and execute an effective market access strategy for the assigned product portfolio, incorporating market intelligence and trend.
The Market Access Partner - Near Patient Care Diabetes (FWCAN & NWAN) will also collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to form strategic alliances that maximize market penetration.
This position reports to the Near Patient Care Access Manager.
Your Impact
Develop the market access plan/ strategy for the region in alignment with local business objectives and the Global Market Access strategy
Drive the exploration of innovative access solutions by conducting thorough research on local trends and contextual factors specific to different environments
Facilitate the dissemination of targeted information to relevant internal and external stakeholders to support various business processes
Play a lead role in educating and providing training for internal stakeholders on dynamics and trends related to market access and health policy topics
Facilitate the identification and deployment/expansion of local and/or Regional private/public partnerships which can enable Roche to address gaps in Access to Care
Effectively engage payers and policymakers to maximize or secure access and reimbursement of Roche products
Who You Are
You hold a relevant degree in Pharma, Life or Sciences.
You have at least 4 years of field experience within diagnostics and diabetes care industry
You possess knowledge of market access strategy; marketing; product strategy; sales; local healthcare systems and reimbursement landscape as well as medical device regulatory environment
You have Arabic, French and/or English language skills, enabling you to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
You possess a collaborative mindset and excel in teamwork, ensuring that projects are completed with precision and accountability
Your analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities allow you to make sound decisions and address challenges efficiently
Additionally, you demonstrate exceptional planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills, along with technical and business expertise to achieve high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
