**The Job**
Responsible for executing the organization’s communication strategy at the market-level. This person supports the market as the communication advisor and strategist working directly with the global public relations, analyst relations, social, and corporate brand strategy functions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Design and lead AVEVA awareness program in priority new industries together with PR team, brand team.
+ Develop key messaging for target industries together with industry marketing, analyst relations team, partners, and alliance partners.
+ Develop and execute local market communications strategy in coordination with the global brand and communications strategy.
+ Oversee communications measurement for the local market, including share of voice against the competition and total reach.
+ Running thought leadership in the local market
+ Support localization and execution of local public relations, analyst relations for the market.
+ Work with social operations to develop local social media strategy and ensure governance.
+ Coordinate with brand marketing to execute local brand advertising programs.
+ Localize and promote content created from the global team at the local market-level.
+ Support, organise and promote events in your local area in accordance with the local marketing plan.
+ Forge a synergetic approach with corresponding market level peers for awareness, demand new logos and engagement for strategy and seamless execution.
**Skills and Qualifications**
+ Curiosity about social media, digital marketing and how to tell effective stories to our audiences, adhering to social media best practices.
+ An understanding of the traditional influencer ecosystem (journalists, analysts, authors, etc.) and social influencer ecosystem (bloggers, community leaders)
+ Hands-on corporate Public Relations experience and events
+ Manage communications to complex stakeholder groups for the local market.
+ High energy individual and self-starter to work collaboratively and independently on projects.
+ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple projects, including execution of social strategies locally, and Project management experience.
+ Fluency in English and the local language (C1/C2 level)
