Job Description
Assisting the Market Manager in completing the acquisition process to ensure the hotel data has been completely collected
Verifying the uploaded data (content) and making sure that everything is complete and correct
Understand the industry and its developments – must have clear and engaging communication skills, have attention to detail, adaptive to new situations, have a willingness to learn, be independent,t and have ownership.
Guide the hotels to enter information into the extranet to completion
Process the hotel to go live into the Traveloka system
Interact with hotel partners to obtain information, verify data supplied, and handle other inquiries from hotel partners.
Provide administrative support to the Market Management team.
Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with Hotel, Service, and Online Travel Agent businesses
Fluent in Thai and English
