We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Market Developer to join our Biologicals team. In this role, you will be instrumental in aligning our business strategies with our short and medium-term growth plans. You will provide tactical direction for implementing marketing actions and be responsible for creating comprehensive plans, including:

Demand Generation Plan: Drive demand through innovative strategies.Knowledge Plan: Support the growth and development of Sales Representatives and main distribution channels.Marketing Plan: Focus on key crops and products to maximize market impact.Relationship Plan: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultancies, adhering to country guidelines.

As a Market Developer, you will act as a commercial business partner, collaborating on strategies and actions. You will also provide technical support to Sales Representatives and maintain a field presence in priority actions with channels, current, and new customers.

Requirements:

Degree in AgronomyAt least 3 years of experience in demand generation with crops cultivated in their working areaProficient in Spanish, fluent in English will be a plus

Effective use of computers and MS Office.
