We are seeking a dynamic and achiever Market Development to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in executing our business strategies and achieving our short and medium-term growth plans. You will provide feedback for marketing initiatives and be responsible for demand creation in a region, support sales representatives, and distribution channel optimization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Be responsible for executing demand generation actions as well as developing new ideas and tools.
+ Provide technical support to Sales Representatives and ensure field presence in priority actions with channels, both current and new customers.
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, adhering to country guidelines.
+ Act as a commercial business partner, supporting strategic initiatives and actions.
+ Design and implement Beneficial Trials at farmer level together with customer (Distributors and Dealers) support.

**Main responsibilities:**
+ Knowledge:
+ Have a systemic vision of the scenario to identify opportunities and an integrative attitude towards people and processes;
+ Knowledge of the market and the main competitors and their strategies;
+ Provide technical support to Sales Representativess;
+ Being jointly responsible for building an internal and external knowledge plan with the knowledge area to sell value and differentiation;
+ Interacting with R&D or Agronomy when there is a need for greater product understanding.
+ Being clear about the company's objectives and strategies in the short and medium term;
+ Participating in and/or leading various processes, especially those related to their area/department and those that directly affect external and internal customers.
+ Ensuring the timely submission of reports (activities, visits and outlets) and the prior weekly scheduling of activities
+ Demand Generation:
+ Being responsible for directing and planning all demand generation actions. As well as developing new ideas and tools;
+ Drawing up the action plan with distributor technician to achive the Product On Ground plan.
+ Define with the Sales Representative the plan for demonstration fields of the regional focus crops;
+ Develop, following the agronomy guidelines, the official protocols for the focus crops;
+ Monitor (get the information) the distributors' product stock with quality and on time and manage it together with the sales representative.
+ Provide and create marketing materials (local presentation) with the field results for delivery to the RTVs within the timing of the crops and commercial campaigns, in conjunction with the Agronomy and Communications area;
+ Training and guiding the commercial area (internal and external) to carry out quality demand generation actions for clients.
+ Organizing and Supporting the Communications and Events (Field Day) team with content and technical review of pieces and client interface.
+ Crops:
+ Define with the Sales Representative, the focus crops of each region
+ To be clear about the potential of the crops and the challenges of making progress in sales in the region where they operate;
+ Designing communication, marketing and demand generation actions for the regional focus crops, while ensuring that the potential of other crops is exploited, in line with the company's strategies;
+ Supporting the Sell-out
+ During the season, prepare the Benefit Trials Plan, to be implemented by the CORTEVA´s commercial team to implement at farmer level together with customer (Distributors and Dealers) support: collecting intermediate assessments and value them to the Distributor.
+ Support the distributors with regular coaching, training and follow up on farm promotional exercise with key Distributors.
+ Ensure knowledge transfer on biologicals portfolio to Customer teams. Assists in the implementation of customer needs regarding biological questions.
+ Products:
+ Knowledge of the positioning of our products, concepts and arguments to overcome objections in the field;
+ To be clear about the potential of the products and the challenges of making progress in sales in the region where they operate;
+ Be responsible for creating the regional plan for product launches, interacting with product coordination;
+ Being responsible for preparing technical materials on products, interacting with the communications area;
+ Being responsible for advising on complaints regarding the application of products.
+ Consultants:
+ Prioritize focus consultants according to the metrics defined by the market development area;
+ Establishing a relationship with the priority consultants: prospecting, contacting, hiring, monitoring and evaluating results;
+ Survey the needs of Corteva Biologicals and consultants to contract research protocols focused on generating business;
+ Compile all the work generated by the consultants and deliver the marketing material to the commercial area.
+ Draw up an evolution plan with the regional consultants, involving Sales Representatives and other areas of the company, making it clear what each person's role is in this evolution.
**Location:** Antalya
**To Grow What Matters, You Will Need**
+ Degree in Agricultural Engineering or similar field.
+ At least 3 years of experience in technical sales responsibilities with the crops grown in the region in which they work.
+ Knowledge of nutrition, physiology, biological and application technologies.
+ Fluent in Turkish.
+ Fluent in English will be a plus.
+ Effective use of computers and MS Office.
