The RoleThe primary function of MDEM is to support the sales acquisition motion for the Quantum Fiber brand. A MDEM will play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategies by engaging with potential customers in the field and representing our brand at events. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and enjoys interacting with diverse groups of people to promote our products and services. They will work with the cadence of the sales team and are involved with acquiring customers.
The Main Responsibilities Represent the company and its products/services in the community through direct customer engagementConduct promotional activities, including distributing materials and answering inquiries about offeringsPlan, coordinate, and attend events, such as festivals, community gatherings, and other weekend activitiesSet up and manage booths, displays, or experiential marketing activitiesEnsure the brand message is consistently and positively conveyed at all eventsAct as the face of the company in the community, building relationships and fostering trust with potential customersShare company updates, promotions, and benefits to engage and educate target audiencesCollect feedback from potential customers to identify trends and inform marketing strategiesTrack the success of field and event campaigns, providing detailed reports to the marketing teamCompletes & compiles competitive research on an as needed basisWorks closely with the Quantum Fiber Field Marketing team to create effective sales motions, and enablementDrives innovation and adoption for the sales team as they become digitally enabled and are selling in new and more strategic ways. Including new tools and technologies, data sources, bidirectional selling, digital insights, and social sellingProactively manages feedback through formal and informal feedback.What We Look For in a Candidate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience1-4 years of technology sales or marketing experienceStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen effectively and communicate in a proactive fashion.Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.Strong team player with a positive attitude and Highly collaborative personalityAction-oriented and creative thinker who can focus on detailed implementation and executionOutstanding communication, organization, and time management skills; a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in a dynamic environmentLifting Required.
