We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Development Manager to leverage extensive industry experience and existing relationships to increase knowledge/understanding and market opportunities for lime-based reagents in various construction segments across Alabama and Georgia and in the Carolinas. The role requires a strong focus on market development and promotion, industry and government agency collaboration, strategic planning, technical expertise, and logistical efficiency.

 Responsibilities:

 Establish and foster strong partnerships with state Departments of Transportation (DOT), industry associations, construction departments, regional contractors, geotechnical engineers, state road builders' associations, and other state-specific associations to increase market opportunities for lime-based soil stabilization solutions for highways, roads, and construction projects in Georgia and Alabama.

Advise and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to showcase the advantages of lime-based solutions; contribute to major projects by engaging with private, local, state, and federal agencies to establish and ensure compliance with statewide specifications and to integrate lime-based solutions in design and construction. Work closely with contractors and logistics partners to optimize the supply chain and transportation of lime-based products; ensure efficiency and transparency in the delivery of lime-based materials, aiding contractors in effective project management.

 Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or business administration (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience (at least 10+ years) in business development, preferably in the construction or infrastructure  industry.

- Field experience and comprehensive knowledge of soil stabilization crew operations (strongly preferred)

- Familiarity with lime-based products and soil stabilization techniques (strongly preferred)

- Strong network within the construction industry, including state DOTs and relevant associations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Location:

We are hiring two positions—one based in Alabama or Georgia and one based in North or South Carolina with frequent travel across the regions.
