Position Summary:

As the Market Development Manager, you will be the key connector between the business community, medical staff, and our operational teams. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, you will be responsible for shaping and driving project plans, managing critical deliverables, and ensuring the right resources are in place to bring bold ideas to life. You will have your finger on the pulse of performance metrics, keeping our strategic vision on track and thriving.

What You Will Bring:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required Experience: 5+ years of business development experience in healthcare, focusing on building and strengthening physician relationships and engagement. Proven success in project management with a demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple resources and hit key milestones. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with medical staff, office personnel, community leaders, and government organizations. Flexibility to work across all SRHS facility locations as needed. Ability to collaborate with everyone from entry-level employees to senior executives, as well as physicians, nurses, and IT staff.
