I.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Apply Insights
+ Support the deployment of New Product Introduction and the design of Value Propositions and Messaging across the commercial organization.
+ Build customer network to key stakeholders and opinion leaders in respective market segment.
+ Collect and prepare customer feedback on needs and value recognition to transfer to Business Excellence and product management teams.
+ Contribute to the set-up and deployment of Knowledge Transfer Programs aimed at increasing the competence and confidence of our Sales team in Strategic Product Portfolios & on Appropriate Markets and maximizing their ability to promote (See More) our strategic products and Win More against competition.
+ Cultivates and encourages the environment to explore unique ideas and achieve breakthrough thinking.

+ Drive Commercial excellence for selected product ranges and market verticals and ensure business priorities are deployed.
+ Work with Sales, Marketing and Advanced Workflow Managers to define and implement specific actions and Standard Work aimed at creating funnel and increasing win rate on Strategic Product Portfolios and Markets.
+ Contribute to developing commercial strategy, translate the strategy into actions.
+ Monitor execution of action plans and course correct as appropriate to achieve desired results.
+ Communicate progress on execution, coach and support adoption & change management.
+ Use Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools.
+ Lead by example by insuring rigorous deployment of Standard Work with Daily Management.
+ Win as a Team
+ Collaborate with Channel partners and other departments to guarantee the effective information flow and smooth execution of internal processes.
+ Drive the awareness and actively support change culture towards a true diverse and inclusive business.
II.REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
+ Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline. Business degree/education preferred. Masters or PhD preferred.
+ 5+ successful years in commercial roles (sales, marketing and/or application support) within a major Life Science scientific instrumentation manufacturer / provider
+ At ease with Life Science Research market and applications
+ Demonstrated experience in launching new products
+ Successful experience in building partnerships with Key Customers, preferably in Biopharma and Spatial Biology Market
+ Knowledge/experience of microscopy-based imaging and image analysis workflows
+ Fluent in English
