What you'll do As a Market Development Representative (MDR), you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities that progress through the sales funnel and ultimately generate new revenue to grow our presence in EMEA. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, MDR. Responsibility Identify and generate new business opportunities and pipeline within a defined territory Manage outbound prospect calls to educate potential customers on what Docusign has to offer and gain insight into their business needs Drive brand and product awareness in the DACH market through regular email and call campaigns Schedule high-impact appointments with those who are of good potential with Account Executives Record prospect information in our CRM database Present a balanced approach to cold calling, relationship development, sales process, and appointment setting Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic Fluency in German and English Understanding of sales cycles and solution-selling tactics Experience with computer application skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Preferred Track record of success in outbound sales/business development role Confident and courteous verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
