**Overview**
As a Market Development Representative (MDR), you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client portfolio by focusing on high-value enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within these accounts through unique and tailored outreach strategies. This role requires a proactive and creative approach to develop and execute personalized engagement plans that resonate with the specific needs and challenges of each target account.
**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities:
o Conduct in-depth research and analysis: Gather comprehensive information on target accounts, including their business goals, challenges, competitive landscape, and digital marketing strategies.
o Develop and execute personalized engagement plans: Create unique and creative outreach strategies tailored to each high-value account, including personalized messaging, content, and engagement channels.
o Identify and engage key decision-makers: Connect with key decision-makers (C-suite, VP-level) within target accounts through a multi-channel approach (email, phone, LinkedIn, targeted events).
o Craft compelling narratives: Develop and deliver compelling value propositions that demonstrate the unique benefits of our affiliate marketing solutions for each specific account.
o Build and nurture relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within target accounts, providing valuable insights and demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs.
o Schedule and qualify meetings: Secure qualified meetings with key decision-makers to initiate the sales process with the commercial teams.
o Track and report on progress: Utilize Salesforce CRM to accurately track all interactions, monitor key metrics, and report on progress towards achieving sales targets.
**Qualifications**
+ Prior experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
+ Proven experience in identifying and engaging with high-value accounts, preferably within the digital marketing, technology, or SaaS industries.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level executives.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
+ A proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in a challenging and rewarding environment.
+ Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and other sales enablement tools.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
