Market Development Specialist (Travel Recruiter) Recruiting Full-Time Apply Now Apply Now Job Summary The Market Development Specialist is a vital role within our organization, responsible for establishing and nurturing key relationships with stakeholders in target markets. This position involves travel to build and maintain strong relationships with individuals, businesses, and organizations in preparation for the launch of a new office or expansion of our services. You will also be responsible for finding Directors via LinkedIn and Indeed and will also be their first interview in our hiring process. Ultimately, the responsibility of this position is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Familiarize yourself with pertinent numeric details about neighboring Cornerstone branches. + Location Research and Outreach: Identify and connect with potential Operating Directors and referral partners using various platforms. Schedule meetings with these contacts, as well as other healthcare professionals in the area prior to your arrival. + Logistics Management: Handle travel logistics, including booking flights, rental cars, and hotel accommodations. Confirm networking meetings 24 hours prior to departure. + Networking and Representation: Attend industry events and community gatherings to identify potential Operating Directors and referral partners. Educate potential referral sources and care partners about the organization’s offerings and benefits. Represent Cornerstone and its values professionally. + Follow-up: Conduct post-trip follow-up in order to gather referral contacts or schedule interviews. Upon hiring, lead a 30-minute meeting to discuss referral sources and business connections with the new Director . Home Base Responsibilities + Develop: and update job descriptions and job specifications. + Screen: candidates resumes and job applications. + Message: candidates via LinkedIn, and schedule them for an interview. + Conduct: interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule. + Assess: applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. + Act: as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Qualifications and Skills + Strong understanding of market trends, competition, and industry dynamics. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. + Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing market conditions. + Knowledge of the industry or sector in which the company operates is a significant advantage
