Identifies cost reduction opportunities and implements actions to achieve savings. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” and “Mission and Value Statement.” **What qualifications you will need:** + Bachelor's Degree (RN, APN, MD, or other clinical) required, Master's degree preferred + Current FL RN licensure required + ABOHN Certification preferred + Previously five (5) years of nursing leadership and clinical experience within an acute care setting required + Previously three (3) years in healthcare management required + Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer relations skills. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
