You will be responsible for ensuring high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the performance and results of the Occupational and Employee Health programs. Ensures adherence to standards of care. + Manages variation in clinical practice to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost. Develops and implements actions to address performance gaps. + Ensures effective labor management, including position control, scheduling excellence, productivity management, and premium pay utilization. Maintains staffing to ensure appropriate patient care. + Manages operating expenses, including the utilization of supplies and equipment. Identifies cost reduction opportunities and implements actions to achieve savings. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” and “Mission and Value Statement.” **What qualifications you will need:** + Bachelor's Degree (RN, APN, MD, or other clinical) required, Master's degree preferred + Current FL RN licensure required + ABOHN Certification preferred + Previously five (5) years of nursing leadership and clinical experience within an acute care setting required + Previously three (3) years in healthcare management required + Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer relations skills. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team. Must possess critical thinking and analytical skills as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities Northside Hospital is a 280+ bed facility offering state-of-the-art treatment.
