The Market Executive is responsible for developing the strategic direction and relevant business model for Houston, Texas and for implementation, including development of key goals, targets and priorities.

Evaluate and mitigate risk, ensuring that compliance fits with existing regulations in addition to financial targets

Analyze the local market conditions and supports decision processes

Coach all Market Directors, Financial Advisors, and other team members and ensure appropriate training and development measures using results-oriented measurement and full transparency in communication

Attract and recruit skilled and talented employees, coach and develop existing talent and retain them by creating loyalty to the Firm
