Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Market Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team at Take 5. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of our car wash facilities across multiple locations within a designated market. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards in facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance Oversight:
Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for all car wash facilities within the assigned market.Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and areas for improvement.Coordinate preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems.Team Leadership:
Lead a team of maintenance technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational excellence.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.Vendor Management:
Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to secure competitive bids for repairs and maintenance services.Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely and quality service delivery while adhering to budgetary constraints.Budget Management:
Develop and manage the maintenance budget for the designated market, ensuring cost-effective practices without compromising on quality.Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report on budget performance regularly.Regulatory Compliance:
Stay abreast of local, state, and federal regulations related to facility maintenance and safety.Ensure all facilities within the market comply with relevant codes and standards.Emergency Response:
Develop and implement emergency response protocols to address urgent maintenance issues and minimize downtime.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create contingency plans for unforeseen events.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience in facilities maintenance management, preferably within the automotive or service industry.Strong technical knowledge of car wash equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.Proficient in budget management and resource allocation.Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to facility maintenance and safety.2 Years experience preferably in Car Wash.Ability to travel overnight and work overnight.**Compensation: Target range is $96,100-$120,000 annually plus bonus potential.
