Dewberry is currently seeking a full-time Market Intelligence Coordinator to join our team. They will work collaboratively to accomplish goals of MI Tactical Plan while supporting growth goals of Strategic Plans; as well well provide insight and advice on all activities.

Responsibilities Pilot programs: work with Market Intelligence (MI) Manager on management of research pilot programs and assist with research. Monitor progress and identify issues needing to be addressed. Assist with management of outside consultant. Evaluate programs to understand their process and effectiveness and extrapolate how methods can be used in other areas of company.Market Research
Review daily news headlines to glean outside news, trends, policy impacting Dewberry market segments and service lines.Market Research Committee: manage logistics, agendas and recordkeeping of each meeting. Work collaboratively with Market Intelligence Manager planning and accomplishing objectives of Committee. Provide input on forward progress, submitting ideas for effectiveness of MRC and bolstering participation. Develop materials to share work with Marketing Leadership Group.Further develop market resource database by collecting resources already used and identifying key resources for the company from C-Suite to Market Segments which provide valuable input to our work.Research how other companies have set up similar programs to determineBuilding Market Intelligence brand within company.
Work with MI Manager to restructure and design internal webpage.Collaborate with MI Manager to build knowledge across company, investment in program and identifying program return on investment where possible.Set in-person and virtual meetings with different groups to discuss.Market Intelligence Quarterly Meetings
Assist MI Manager on planning internal and external speakers for quarterly market intelligence meetings.Details include: arranging and marketing meetings, retaining presentation and materials, organizing meetings for internal panel and providing ideas on future speakers.Funding:
Manage Funding Working Group brown bags. Reach out to identified speakers, book meetings, manage logistics. Currently no timing requirements - as needed, when available.Manage and expand database of funding experience and update with new input.Review daily alerts from federal grants program to determine new opportunities available to clients.Monitor timing of key grant programs and alert critical contacts. Required Skills & Required Experience B.A. or B.S. in Liberal Arts or equivalent experience required.0-3 years of experienceAbility to provide insight and advice on all activities. 

Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.
