We’re on the lookout for an analytical and detail-oriented Market Intelligence Intern to join our team at Infobip. In this role, you’ll assist in gathering and analyzing market and competitive intelligence to support our organization’s decision-making process. You’ll gain an understanding of the company’s product offerings, learn about the market, and contribute to creating impactful reports that aid in strategic direction and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Firm-specific Knowledge:
Gain a thorough understanding of Infobip’s business model and key profitability levers.Market Research and Analysis:
Assist in gathering data on market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape under supervision.
Analyze industry reports, market data, and economic indicators to identify key insights and trends.Data Integration:
Support in updating and managing data sources used for strategic insights and decision-making.Modeling & Forecasting:
Support the development and maintenance of market models to forecast future market conditions and business opportunities.Market Intelligence Reports:
Help compile data and create initial drafts of intelligence reports under guidance.
Conduct competitor analysis to understand their value proposition, market presence, and strategic direction.Strategic Insights and Reporting:
Assist in preparing reports and presentations that translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for senior management and stakeholders.Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment and leverage market intelligence for business planning.Performance Tracking:
Assist in tracking KPIs related to market intelligence activities.Process Optimization:
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.Project Management:
Assist in managing small, defined parts of projects under close supervision.Using Technology:
Learn to utilize advanced tools and software for data collection, analysis, and reporting.

More about you:

You are available to start with the internship on 10th February 2025.You hold valid student rights from "Studentski Centar" throughout the entire internship period (6 months).You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business, or a related field within the social sciences or STEM You have a keen interest in market research, strategy, and analysis.Knowledge of Office suite.You possess task management, organizational, and analytical skills.You have excellent writing, research, and communication skills.You are curious, solution-oriented, and proactive.You are fluent in English – both written and spoken.
