Diversity and Inclusion is a vital part of our values and beliefs, and we’re proud to foster an environment where every Extreme employee can thrive.  We are looking for a Market Intelligence Manager to play a crucial role in providing strategic insights to our organization.  Your focus will be on monitoring and analyzing industry size, market share trends, and helping us stay ahead in the market.  Responsibilities -Lead the marketing’s effort to align and develop single source of truth and strategic narrative for Extreme’s total addressable market and market share, both to internal and external audience.   -Collaborate with corporate strategy and product management to develop a consistent and unified methodology. -Partner with finance and AR teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive market size and share database tracking Extreme’s TAM, trends on market share, products unit volume and pricing.   -Track market and industry trends across Extreme served markets and adjacencies, emerging technologies. -Create quarterly and ad-hoc executive-facing report on market growth and market share trends to inform Extreme go-to-market strategy, AOP and Long-range planning.      Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or related fields.  Master’s degree preferred. -Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience in market intelligence, market research, or related roles. -Experience in networking, security, SaaS, and cloud software markets preferred. -Familiarity with market research databases of key analysts firms. -Ability to thrive in collaborative environment across functions  -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in executive-facing presentations. -Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from complex data sets. -Ability to synthesize relevant information and communicate concisely. -Self-directed and detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills.   Extreme Networks, Inc.
