Key Responsibilities:
1. Industry & Competitive Landscape Monitoring
•Track and synthesize developments in industry trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory environments.
•Monitor key competitors across product offerings, pricing, channel strategies, marketing campaigns, and partnership activities.
2. Insight Generation & Internal Reporting
•Organize fragmented data into clear, actionable insights to support cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product.
•Produce regular market intelligence briefs, competitor analysis reports, and thematic research to support management-level decision-making.
•Identify emerging opportunities or risks based on data analysis to support business growth.
3. Strategic Planning Support
•Participate in annual and quarterly business planning processes by providing market context and competitive benchmarks.
•Support initiatives such as new market evaluation, positioning studies, customer research, and strategic framework development.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in English with strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
2.2–4 years of relevant experience in market research, strategy, or intelligence roles. Prior experience at a consulting firm is a strong plus.
3.Industry experience in nutrition, personal care, or direct selling is preferred.
4.Proficient in at least one of the following: patent search and analysis, market analysis tools and methodologies.
5.Excellent communication skills and relationship management ability, with a good sense of business intelligence and information discernment.
6.Strong analytical thinking and summarization skills, with the ability to structure findings clearly and logically.
