Partnering with the VP Career Management, the Market Leader will be responsible for developing and leading a team of 15-60 project and/or full-time Consultants across their respective market who consult with 30K candidates per year. The role is responsible for assisting the VP Career Management in communicating the organization’s strategy to the team they lead; encouraging and supporting team efforts to achieve challenging business goals internally with our colleagues and externally with our clients and candidates to drive our message that we are Global Career Experts. This includes identifying hiring, coaching, talent succession, development, and mobility opportunities within their team.
The Market Leader has three main focus areas – Delivery Excellence, Team Leadership, and Execution and Implementation of Projects.
**Delivery Excellence: (33%)**
• Quality Touch Point Surveys- Investigate and resolve approximately 1300 Touchpoint scores; review text analytics data and take appropriate action for systemic issues
• CMC Recruitment, Training and Scheduling
• Clients and Programs- Client Presentations and Workshop set-up. Provide CMCs for notifications and ensure smooth delivery for non-standard programs. Colleges and Universities - provide and train CMCS. Ensure C&U surges do not disrupt CMC availability
• Gross Profit- Monitor the efficiency of each CMC reviewing time worked with task specific activities. Take a pro-active, continuous improvement, approach to efficiency with high quality. Additionally, Fulltime Employees - review and monitor to ensure full utilization and redeploy as required
• OA, MMO, BDC COLLABORATION - Coordinate activities to ensure efficient, high quality service for the candidate and the client
• Ad Hoc- Account-specific candidate escalation issue/research, contact, resolution
**Team Leadership: (58%)**
• Manager's Meeting: Direct leader, Peers (Shared Services, JRC etc), team to do priority setting, ensure efficiency and quality goals are met and forecasting for web events, JSHD, Resume Specialists, workshops, etc.
• Leadership & Organizational Meetings: NA CM Quarterly Meeting, NA Right Leadership Quarterly Meeting, Manpower Quarterly Meeting
• FTE and PE Compliance training
• Industry Networking Groups (IT, Pharma, O&G and Non-profit. These must be monitored, staffed, constantly improved and expanded
• Full Time Employees and Project Employees- Annual performance reviews
• Project Employees - Payroll - review and approve bi-weekly
• Group Consulting - power networking events, virtual group consulting monitoring and enhancing
• Resolution of HR issues for FTE and PE
**Execution and Implementation of Projects: (9%)**
• MAPS - review, development/execution of action items, communication
• LinkedIn Groups - monitor, develop, expand, staff
• Miscellaneous Projects (Runway, development of materials etc)
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8 or more years in consulting services, business management or Human Resources with a proven sales success model
• Demonstrated ability to manage, develop and lead a team of professionals and support personnel; can plan and execute client and corporate projects through effective team and individual performance management
• Communicates effectively in small and large group settings in all forms and at all levels in a professional manner
• Ability to continually learn and develop one’s skills; collaborate effectively with sales, delivery and talent management
• Demonstrated success in leading and driving change
• Recognizes problems and responds with a sense of urgency, using good judgment; makes timely, thoughtful, sometimes difficult decisions; seeks and accepts input from others; has strong influencing skills
• Possesses working knowledge in language, math and reasoning skills; proficient ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, the Internet and live meetings; ability to search various databases and to master new technologies as required
