Job Description

The Market Manager’s primary role is to seek and maintain a good relationship/support withaccommodation partners. The role is KPI-driven with metric targets, requiring substantial time to utilize unique data insights, distribution, marketing, and revenue management toolset.As a Market Manager, you are expected to:• Ensure competitiveness of supply in terms of pricing and availability• Conduct business review and suggest some strategies to Traveloka Philippines Inc. (the “Company”) and/or the Traveloka Group, as well as the hotel partners, based on data and trends• Discuss and plan with your line manager to monitor and reach agreed KPIs• Understand the online travel industry and its developments – substantial knowledge of pros and consof competitor models, market trends & landscape, accommodation rate structure and yieldmanagement, channel management systems and customer booking trends.• Optimize use of process and systems – Be familiar with full spectrum of business tools and maximizethem effectively• Provide support to the hotel partners on how to use Traveloka’s extranet and provide some updates if needed• Invite partners to join seasonal campaigns and other promotional activities, as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited Universities• 5+ years of relevant work experience• Has the ability to effectively communicate to various levels and through a variety of communicationchannels• Familiarity with revenue management and e-Commerce• Familiarity with Cebuano dialect• Has basic computer skills (MS Office) and should be comfortable with systems, tools, and data• Demonstrates the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload and job assignments• Has the ability to multitask effectively• Demonstrates general problem-solving skills
