The Internet, Bundles & Household Acquisition team leads Internet and household acquisition strategies in Alberta, British Columbia, and Quebec ILEC. We develop best-in-class acquisition strategies and experiences, using our Internet products (PureFibre Internet, Copper Internet, Wireless Home Internet, and WiFi) and bundled solutions to win over customers from our competitors.

This role will provide support to two critical business programs: TELUS PureFibre and Mobile & Home. You will oversee email, MMS, and outbound calling marketing campaigns, driving execution, analysis, testing, learning, and segmentation strategies to improve overall results. Additionally, in collaboration with your team members, you will play a vital role in supporting the evolution of PureFibre and bundle value propositions, championing product, pricing, and offer changes and strategies.
Here's how
● Directly develop and execute email, MMS, outbound calling and Direct mail marketing campaigns aimed at driving internet acquisition.
● Working with our data teams, identify underperforming market segments and priority sub-segments to prioritize based on insight and opportunity.
● Develop marketing plans to test, learn and scale the right combination of message, offer, and tactics to improve penetration in underperforming segments.
● Evolve and continue to grow our multi-product bundle strategy, based on marketing performance to date, frontline feedback, and consumer insight.
● Collaborate closely with stakeholders in marketing communications, data, digital and our external agencies to develop relevant, targeted campaigns and seamless customer journeys.
● Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and customer insight to shape future strategies.
● Lead go-to-market coordination for new Internet product enhancements including supporting cross-functional change management, briefing to TELUS.com and the marketing communications team.

Great-to-have
● 3 - 5+ years of progressive experience in Marketing and business management positions
● A business undergraduate degree in Marketing or Communications
