Role Title:  Market Operations Specialist (Project Based)

Location: Unilever RFM Ice Cream Office, Manggahan Industrial Park, Manggahan, Pasig City

Role Type:  Project-based (1 to 2 years)

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE

This role is responsible for delivering the forecasted sales growth of the assigned category or business unit through control towering end-to-end sales operations while partnering with internal teams (Customer Business Development, Customer Strategy and Planning, Brand Marketing and Customer Operations Group – Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Experience).

JOB SUMMARY

This role will handle Market Operations, in which he/she needs to:

Deliver end to end operational excellence and efficiencies via process intervention and project managementManage current processes and automated systems for more efficient delivery of category topline and bottomline targetsCulls data across several internal resources for KPI tracking purposes

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree holder; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply1 to 2 years of experience in sales/marketingAmenable for a project based role for 1 to 2 yearsWell-equipped with process automation and data set-up, preferably in MS ExcelProcess mindset - can spot gaps and propose actions to continuously improve end to end process while balancing stakeholder needsAbility to manipulate and analyse complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sourceStrong partnering mindset and ability to work together with internal teamsShould be a team player and possesses a professional and mature demeanor
