Qsight is seeking a driven, intellectually curious individual who is passionate about surveys, market research, and data, ideally in the healthcare space. The Market Research Analyst will support our Tracker product and other healthcare initiatives. Tracker is a primary data offering that monitors growth and trends across multiple Aesthetics and MedTech markets. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the industry tools and technologies, including Qualtrics, Excel, and Tableau / Power BI to collect and analyze healthcare market data.
This is a hybrid position out of our New York City headquarters.
What You’ll Do:
Demonstrates excellent analytical abilities and a thorough understanding of statistical analysis and survey methodology Prior experience with panel management/recruitment would be a plus Assist in recruiting, managing, and maintaining ongoing relationships with panel members Oversee and manage monthly volume and usage data collection from longitudinal panels of healthcare professionals and healthcare sites for tracker data sets Coordinate, monitor, and execute market research project activities to meet our client's project goals Contribute to the development and assessment of survey questionnaires, including survey programming and testing, and survey distribution Perform data collection and quality assurance activities Analyze market data points and trends and be able to answer related client inquiries Review, prepare, and approve data for twice monthly release cycles Participate in report writing and qualitative/quantitative analysesWhat You Have:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, sociology, economics, finance, market research, or a related discipline 1-2 years of experience working with alternative data sources, with a focus on the medical Aesthetics and/or healthcare space highly preferred 1-2 years of experience working in client-focused roles with time-sensitive deliverables Must have a passion for solving complex big data problems and a willingness to learn new technologies and tools Proficiency in Excel required, with experience with Tableau / Power BI highly preferred Proficiency with Qualtrics is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere with minimal supervision Strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and addressing client needs A desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where your work has high-impact on a fast-growing businessWhat We Offer:
The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
